Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Miart Wooden, we meticulously produce each piece with an understanding of "functional art." While we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we adhere to the following rules for our return processes:

1. Return Period and Conditions

• You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it, without stating any reason.
• The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and sent in its original packaging.

2. Important Note on Natural Wood Characteristics

Our products are crafted from solid oak wood, with each piece featuring a unique grain pattern and texture.

• Natural Variations: Due to the nature of wood, grain patterns, color tone differences, or natural knot marks visible on the products are not "defects" but rather part of the product's uniqueness. Return requests made due to such natural variations are subject to the standard return procedure.

3. Refund Process

• If your return is approved after it reaches us and is inspected, the product fee will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days via your original payment method (credit card/bank transfer).
• Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the product is faulty or defective.

4. Damaged Delivery

• We kindly ask you to inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the package or product caused by transport, please have the courier prepare a "Damage Report" and contact us.
