At Miart Wooden, ensuring that every piece we carefully craft in our workshop reaches you safely and as quickly as possible is our priority. You can find detailed information about our delivery processes below:
1. Preparation and Shipping Time
- In-Stock Products: Your order will be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Your orders will be delivered to you free of charge.
3. Important Notes During Delivery
- When receiving your package, please check for any signs of crushing, wetness, or tearing.
- If there is damage to the outer package, you must not accept the package and have the cargo officer prepare a "Damage Assessment Report". We cannot accept responsibility for logistics-related issues in damage notifications without a report.
4. Address Change
- You can submit address change requests via [Email/WhatsApp] before your order is shipped. Any additional costs or delays that may arise from address changes made after the product has been dispatched will be borne by the buyer.
